fueling aircraft

Pilots are generally asked to fuel rental aircraft (this is how we keep rental prices down) however, pilots should ask airport staff to tow aircraft to the fuel pumps.

Pilots should visit for front desk for dispatch.

Arrangements can be made with the front desk for after hours departures and returns.

Pilots should record hobbs and tach time on the sheet found in the clipboard and ensure keys are also returned to clipboard. Aircraft should be tied down after use.

Do not angle aircraft for run-up on taxiway leading to RW 32 due to gravel and stones on edges that could potentially ding the prop.
