Must take SFRA course before renting here, as we are within 60 miles of DC. Must have printed proof of course completion with you when operating here

Call Unicom on 122.95 and ask for top off for aircraft number with hangar (t numbered located on sticker on aircraft dashboard)
During business hours: Come to office for dispatch folder which has keys
After business hours: Keys left at FBO in dispatch folder. FBO open 7 am – 11 pm
During business hours: Drop off keys at office
After business hours: Drop box for dispatch folder right by office door
Leave receipt with keys in the folder and we will deduct from bill
Call Kevin (410-879-6304) or the office immediately
Put it back in the T – hangar with pitot cover, dust lock, and aircraft is clean. Aircraft’s correct T-Hanger is indicated in cockpit.
Make sure hangar doors are open AND LOCKED open before pushing plane
If pilot wants different fuel load, must notify in advance
Call ground at 121.8 with current ATIS and hangar location
Call Potomac 119.0 who will flight following if not too busy
End of taxiway E or A
No touch and gos when tower is not in operation (10 pm – 7 am)
Fly runway heading for a mile to 1000 ft before making turn
-Restricted Airspace 4001A NE of runway which intrudes into our Class D airspace.
-Stay south of Pools island to avoid it
-On other side, stay West of I95 to avoid it
-Restricted Airspace 4001B is permanently cold.
-Class D underlies BWI Class B.
-Southeast of airport is a big training field at 2500 ft to avoid

-Camp David – P40 which expands and contracts when President is and is not there
-Restricted Airspace 4001A

Ocean City, Cape May, Tangier Island, Lancaster (great Italian restaurant)
Baltimore (under 1500 ft ring of BWI class B airspace), Chesapeake Bay, Annapolis (require SFRA VFR clearance), Civil Wars battle fields
Lots of haze coming around the Chesapeake bay sometimes to the point of IFR even on a VFR day. Use islands as landmarks
