We rent, sell, charter and maintain a variety of GA aircraft. We operate under New York Jet for our corporate fuel and concierge services.

Aircraft is rented wet, if fuel is purchased away from base, a receipt must be presented for credit
During business hours: Through our lobby, AOA badge or escort required
After business hours: Prior arrangement must be made
During business hours: Aircraft will be return to spot and locked and secured by renter including gust locks
After business hours: Aircraft will be return to spot and locked and secured by renter including gust locks, keys put in lock box.
We will reimburse for fuel & oil purchased away from base at the price paid, not to exceed what we charge for fuel. We will notify Open Airplane to apply fuel credit.
Any mechanical problem must be reported and discussed with our maintenance prior to repair.
Renter is expected to put aircraft back into spot with towbar, lock, tie down and install gust locks
Our ramp is very open, use care when pushing aircraft back into tiedown spot.
172R’s are kept at tabs (17.5g/side) If aircraft is to be topped or less fuel needed, pilot must notify dispatcher several days in advance (if lower fuel required)
Tower will hand off to departure control after takeoff for VFR.
