Operator Procedures

Fueling Aircraft

Self service – fuel cards in aircraft. Full service available when scheduled in advance

Access to Aircraft

During business hours: Through hangar specified after reservation is made

Each aircraft has a binder associated with it and inside the binder is all flight manual supplements, weight and balance data, maintenance status sheet, log sheet for tracking hobbs and tach and also fuel credit cards.

After business hours: Hangar will remain open with prior arrangement

Returning the Aircraft

During business hours: Park on ramp and chock and secure. Staff will hangar the aircraft. Renter will then return binder to admin.

After business hours: Will coordinate during reservation

Getting Reimbursed if You Buy Fuel Elsewhere

Present receipt for reimbursement

Mechanical Problems at another airport

Call and notify office immediately

Securing Aircraft

All aircraft are hangared so park in front of hangar upon return and staff will take care of the rest

Caution areas where hangar rash is most likely

Staff will hanger aircraft (renters will not be tugging aircraft). Use caution in taxiing in front of hangars due to fuel tank, sign, hangar, and tiki hut.

Fuel is typically topped off. If renter requires a different amount, notify us in advance and we will try to accommodate.
