N6009R is a very solid skyhawk with low engine time. Flies straight burning 7 gals/hr
Nice plane and professional operation
A good stable plane with basic avionics, but the view outside is just as fine. Friendly FBO and full of local knowledge.
The radios are a little dated, but the plane is clean and a pleasure to fly!
This is a steam gauge mid-1960s C172 with a 145 HP engine. It has a good useful load, good power for the engine type, and is well maintained. We took it around the Cape for some sightseeing and it had no problem with 4 people aboard and 1/2 full fuel. The avionics and radios are a bit old, but it does have GPS and digital dial COM1 (Com2 is an old radio that I’ve never seen before). The interior is clean and well cared for. It was a pleasure to fly!
